RAVENS FANS CASTING CALL AND PROMOTION!

Professional Photographer, Stacy Meadows, is hosting a casting call and promotion for Raven’s fans.
Cost: $25
 Includes a 20 minute outdoor session of your group in their Raven’s gear. Limited to no more than 6 persons per group please and remember I LOVE pets in purple!
 Includes either 8 wallet size photos (1 image) or one 8×10.
 Includes special a-la-carte print pricing.
Selected photos will be part of Stacy’s future “Fanatics” art show at the Laughing Pint in Baltimore, MD. Groups selected for the display will receive their large print after the show.

Details:
Everyone photographed must sign a model release. Payment is due at the time of booking.
5 or more images per group will be hosted online for purchase and sharing.

Hello Mr. L. (Maryland newborn photographer)

Meet Baby D at 14 days old! (Pasadena Maryland Newborn Photographer)

I took one look at baby D and OH MY GOODNESS! I usually don’t feel the pang when I photograph newborns but I was really feeling the pang with this sweet little girl.  She was a dream to photograph and I seriously thought about slipping her into my camera bag!  We had so much fun dressing her up and she let us do anything!  It’s photos like these that make me think about trying for a girl…

Baby L (Maryland Maternity Photographer)

I needed to post my maternity session with Baby L’s Mom and Dad before I photograph him this weekend!  Baby L finally made his entrance last Tuesday. I photographed Pam and Matt’s wedding last year so I was very excited to find out they were expecting and that I was going to get to photograph this wonderful milestone as well!  We held our maternity session a little early since Matt was scheduled to leave for active duty overseas before L’s scheduled arrival.  Matt is there now and we pray everyday for his safe return. Check back in a few weeks to meet L!

Spring Easter Mini Sessions & I Won A Photo Contest! (Maryland family photographer)

Happy March!  The month that comes in like a lion and out like a lamb.  I love Spring!  It is a time for renewal and spring cleaning.  After all of this snow I’m excited to see green grass and again!
 
Take a quick look at the photos on your desk or your walls… Do they need updating?  Mine do!  I’m currently looking at a photo taken of Brett in June of 2007 on my desk!  Now is the time to do some cleaning out of our photos and update them this spring! 
 
I am offering 30 minute mini sessions at Downs Park in Pasadena, MD on Saturday, March 13th and March 20th.  These are perfect for the kids in their Easter outfits and prints will be available for pick up by April 3rd.  If the weather is cold or bad we will move the sessions to my home.  Times for these sessions are in the late afternoon when the light is good.

Mini sessions include a 30 minute session and 8+ images in an online gallery. 
10% off prints and products.
 Mini sessions are perfect for small families (under 6 people) or updating shots of the children.  No minimum purchase required!

Contest Winner!

Feathered Friends Photo Contest
 
I’m excited to announce that I was one of the winners in the Homestead Gardens Feathered Friends Photo Contest!  During the blizzard in February the boys and I made an effort to feed the birds.  It was wonderful for the boys to watch the birds so active at the feeders during the storm.  I snapped this photo of a cardinal when he finally landed for more than 30 seconds! 
 
When Homestead announced their Feathered Friends photo contest on Facebook, I knew the perfect photo… and I won a Homestead gift card!  So, I will be using the gift card to purchase potted flowers for the upcoming Spring mini sessions.

Chant with me…O-R-I-O-L-E-S! (Baltimore Photographer)

While we are thawing out up here in Maryland the Baltimore Orioles are having their “opening day” of sorts in Spring training.  Today they play Tampa Bay- We (Hubby) are big baseball fans in the Meadows household.  So, to honor spring training – and summer around the corner- here are some shots from the ultimate summer pastime taken a few years ago- when I could attend a baseball game with just my camera bag instead of a diaper bag!
