Mini Sessions: I have one spring mini session open for March 20th at the 3:30 pm time slot. Thirty minute mini sessions are only a $50 session fee and 10% off regular prices for prints and products. Mini sessions are a great way to update photos of your little ones.
I will also be available for both full on location and mini (park) sessions all day on Tuesday, March 30th and Thursday, April 1st. Anne Arundel Co. schools are on spring break- so it is a great way to get a session in while the kids are home. The full session weekday fee is less than the weekend session fee so contact me if you are interested in the opportunity of booking a session on those days.
On my calendar: I’m booking about 4 weeks out for sessions. Except for newborn shoots, March is completely booked with the exception of March 30th. April and May still have some available dates and June weekends are booking out fast! I only have 1 Saturday and a handful of Sundays left in June. Please contact me early if you want to schedule a session or event. I frequently book 9-12 months out for sessions and over 12 months out for a wedding. If you have a friend or family member who is looking for professional portraits please forward this blog post. Anyone who refers a booking friend receives a $50 gift certificate to Stacy Meadows Photography.
On a personal note: Last night we signed up my Brett for T-ball. My husband, who was the baseball superstar of his day, was very nostalgic and saying things like “he will have these baseball friends for life” and telling Brett, “the most important part of the game is to keep your eye on the ball.”
On the other hand, I was very nervous that Brett has inherited my athletic ability and will fall off the bench like I did when I was four! Believe me, there was a reason I was sitting on the bench!
Now Grant, my little one who will be 2 in July, I have no worries about. We walked out to the batting cages last night, Grant walked up to the fence where the softballs were being chucked out of the shoot at 60 mph, and without any prompting he squatted down as close to the fence as he could get, like he was going to catch. We were totally impressed since catcher was one of my husband’s positions!
The boys are headed out this week to get some baseball stuff and I’m looking for a new long lens to make sure I get all the action!
Be sure to check out the blog in the coming weeks for some baseball pictures- and please say a little prayer for me that he runs the right way, towards first not third base!
